What is Corridor?
Corridor has been developed for the Retail Sector with the aim of enabling suppliers and retailers to trade with one another electronically, thus removing many of the costly inefficiencies in the supply chain caused by incorrect information and unnecessary manual activities.

How does Corridor work?
Suppliers provide product catalogues in electronic format - these may be retailer-specific in terms of products & prices applicable to individual retailers. Retailers then use these catalogues to place orders to suppliers who in turn return order acknowledgements and other order status information, invoices and other documents related to the purchasing process. Because the catalogues contain correct information, an order generated from the catalogue and sent to the supplier will also be correct.
